An Evening of Music, Community & Hope
This event was a magical evening of live music beneath the stars at the beautiful Geodome in Gidgegannup, as we came together to support Freedom Through Education Nepal (FTEN). Together, through music, kindness and community, we came together to help open the door to education—one child, one family and one future at a time.
This special fundraising event helped 30 children continue their educational journey, allowing them to learn, grow and create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
The sound of this ancient music filled the ears of all of us who attended the concert in such an amazing setting, high up in the hills outside of Perth in such a big sound temple, this geo dome. The whole countryside up there is lush green, now a perfect setting.
A big thanks to the musicians who entertained us
🎵 Praashekh “PRAAZ” Borkar 🎵 Julian Silburn 🎵 Montego Ikarus 🎵 Jayzen 🎵 Sulyn 🎵 Jacob Jean 🎵 Alex Lucfor proas and 🎵 John Whife and a dance and oratory performance by Christine Jarosewski and Liz Mistry.
A big thank you to Laurie Earl who donated some of his precious valuable hand woven and embroidered textile cloths from Bhutan, India, Tibet and Nepal which were auctioned off and raised over $2,500 dollars towards the Fund Raiser.

We gathered around the fire, shared in the warmth of community, and enjoyed delicious hot snacks and chai.
Since 2015, this grassroots, volunteer-run organisation has been transforming lives through the gift of education. The generosity of our community has already made a profound difference, and together we can continue to create lasting change.
As FTEN is a 100% volunteer-run organisation, every dollar raised goes directly to supporting children and families in Nepal.
