Antonia Ruhl: Tribal Medicine Woman & Holistic Pioneer
Antonia Ruhl, PhD, is a visionary healer, author, and clinical practitioner whose life has been defined by a singular mission: to serve humanity. Her journey began in Brazil, where as a child she intuitively understood the healing properties of plants—a gift inherited from her great-grandmother, a tribal medicine woman.
Antonia holds the rare honor of being initiated as a Tribal Medicine Woman by the Kayapo tribe of the Amazon. After living with the tribe for two years and passing rigorous tests, she was entrusted by their Medicine Man to take their sacred knowledge into the modern world. Today, she bridges the gap between ancient shamanic traditions and contemporary wellness.
Clinical Expertise & Innovation
In 1990, Antonia founded the Natural Stress Therapy Clinic in Melbourne. Her approach is deeply intuitive; she communicates with the body’s cells to determine the most effective therapeutic modality for each individual. Her clinical repertoire includes:
- Women’s Health & Fertility: Utilizing specialized Amazonian herbal teas to rebalance the body and optimize health.
- Advanced Technology: Incorporating the Pap-IMI (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field device) to induce negative ions at a cellular level, stimulating natural tissue repair and energy.
- Intuitive Energy Healing: Integrating Reiki, Shamanic Breathwork, Emotional Awareness Therapy, NLP, and Timeline Therapy.
Author & Global Educator
As the co-founder of the Earth Healer Academy, Antonia shares the Kayapo tribe’s profound understanding of humanity’s relationship with Mother Earth. She is the published author of The Game of Life and You Are Only Two Millimetres Away, and regularly conducts Shamanic Fire Ceremonies and transformative workshops across Australia.
Antonia’s work is characterized by a contagious passion for life and a depth of compassion that provides a sanctuary for those navigating stressful modern lifestyles.
