As women, we spend so much of our lives caring for others, meeting expectations and keeping everything moving. Somewhere along the way, it’s easy to lose touch with the woman at the centre of it all: you. Have you ever caught yourself thinking:
- You want to start something, but you hear yourself say, “I couldn’t do that.”
- You want to speak up, but you worry, “What will they think?”
- You want to change direction, but you tell yourself, “It’s too late.”
- You want more from life, but you think, “I should be grateful for what I’ve got.“
- You want to put yourself first, but “Everyone needs me.”
- You long for connection, but wait for someone else to ease the loneliness.
- You want happiness, but keep looking outside yourself for something to change.
These familiar thoughts can quietly keep us stuck: thought, feeling, behaviour, the same result.
But is that really “just the way things are”? Or is it simply a pattern we’ve grown used to?
Join us for a warm, thought-provoking live conversation: What Women Really Want: Breaking the Loop that Keeps Women Stuck with Counsellor & Mind-Body Therapist Debbie Paull and Women’s Wisdom Facilitator Jacquie Walker and Patricia Hamilton
💻 Live on Zoom, FREE – Can’t make it live? Register anyway and you’ll receive the recording.
Together, we will explore how these patterns form and how to start gently stepping out of them. Bring your questions and share them in the chat. This is a space to be heard.
