Heather’s latest book is Astrological Ages and the Galactic Centre. Her book takes a deep look into humanity and the systems that have shaped our modern-day world.
Humanity has long lived within systems shaped primarily by left-brain thinking—logic, analysis, control, and survival-based responses. While these abilities have helped us build civilisations and technologies, they have also contributed to patterns of separation, competition, and trauma when disconnected from the balancing qualities of the right brain: intuition, empathy, creativity, and relational awareness. Many cultural structures, beliefs, and institutions were formed during periods when fear, scarcity, and protection were dominant drivers of human behaviour.
Today, many people sense that humanity is entering a period of transition, often described symbolically as the Age of Aquarius. This shift reflects a movement away from rigid hierarchies and fear-based thinking toward greater collaboration, awareness, and collective responsibility. Rather than rejecting logic or analysis, the emerging paradigm invites a more integrated way of knowing—one that honours both the analytical clarity of the left brain and the intuitive wisdom of the right brain.
As individuals begin to question inherited beliefs and the stories that have shaped their identities, they often discover that some long-held “truths” were actually misunderstandings formed in times of uncertainty or emotional protection. By becoming more conscious of these internal narratives, people can begin to rewrite the stories that guide their lives.
In this process, healing and growth occur not through denying the past but by integrating its lessons with compassion and awareness. The balance of intuition and reason allows individuals and communities to create new ways of living that are more aligned with cooperation, creativity, and wellbeing. Through this integration, humanity has the opportunity to evolve into a more conscious and harmonious expression of itself.
